Trump's Tweets: Diversion, Direct Communication, Motivating, Polarizing, Or Politics?

Whether one supports, or opposes, President Donald J. Trump, and, whether he thinks, in his positions, and the directions, he chooses to proceed with, we must all agree, this President's usage of social networking, particularly, Twitter, is unprecedented! Though some enjoy these, others feel, they are an inappropriate form of communicating, for the person, serving in the maximum office in the land! In this report, we'll attempt to analyze briefly, his usage of Tweet's, and if they act as a diversion, a commitment to directly communicate with constituents/ taxpayers/ fans, motivating/ motivational, polarizing, or even a political instrument. Is one of these the primary purpose, or so are their numerous factors, to think about, and better understand, and appreciate. Surely, Trump consistently attracts attention, and becomes the significant focus of dialogue, on a daily basis, largely because, to his Tweets.

1. Diversion: A cynical perspective, however, possible, relevant and significant, an accurate one, is, these communications, are focused on diverting attention, from certain, more critical problems, which, perhaps, the President, hopes to avoid talking! Referring to the Russia investigation, as, Fake News, and always complaining and blaming others, could be a diversion, rather than, associated with other considerations! Are these messages an endeavor to bully and influence, or are the motives purer, etc.?

2. Direct communication: If he honestly thinks the press mistreats him, and distorts the news, and does not let him clearly articulate his message, as he says he does, then this may be, a well-intentioned effort, to directly communicate with the American people, without letting other people intervene and/ or falsely translate his words! Some may consider this, but I am not among them!

3. Motivating: Social Media, if used correctly and efficiently, is frequently motivational and motivating. Trump's predecessor, Mr. Obama, also used Social Media, at times, and often, concentrated on ways to motivate American citizens, for the common interest!

4. Polarizing: You can either, select, to bring individuals together, for the common good, or to polarize society, such as one's personal, political agenda! Polarizing statements tend to appeal to the darker, more damaging, aspects and thoughts of the others, pitting one section contrary to the other. Think about where America is now, and it is easy to see that impact, as, instead of our chief, reaching out, to get bipartisan involvement, and equity, much of his communication, has been oppositional and negative!

5. Politics: Of course, there is also the chance, this is merely another form of political promotion and advertising. This technique enables the person, to present his views and perspectives, whether accurate or even based on certain facts, without instant discussion. But can it be best for the nation, when the President decides to utilize Twitter, to current positions, policies, and or remarks, about national issues, foreign/ global situations, and foreign leaders?

Do you feel they are appropriate, and the very best manner, for him to convey, or would you prefer, a more conventional, standard form of communication?
